Living Tones: An Immersive Sound Journey – Wednesday, July 23

Step into a state of deep relaxation and renewal with Living Tones, a unique sound healing experience in the west side of Stuyvesant Square Park on Wednesday, July 23, from 6:30–8:00 p.m. Led by Devatman and Subrah of the Integral Yoga Institute, this immersive journey begins with a short guided meditation and flows into an expansive bed of sound featuring gongs, singing bowls, and chimes.

Since ancient times, vibration has connected us to spirit, community, and healing—come feel it for yourself. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow or towel for your head, optional eye covering, and wear comfy clothes. All are welcome.
