Join us for an afternoon of joyful movement as Shake Your Soul® comes alive with certified instructor Ronni Aronow and live music by Manhattan Samba. Move, breathe, and dance to the rhythms of Brazilian samba in the beautiful setting of Stuyvesant Square Park.

Shake Your Soul® is an accessible movement practice that blends gentle exercise, mindful movement, and expressive dance-inspired motion. No dance background is needed—just come ready to move, enjoy the music, and share an afternoon of energy and community.
