Description

Step into the rich history of Stuyvesant Square on this special guided walking tour presented by the Stuyvesant Park Neighborhood Association.

Join SPNA board member David Turk and artist and local historian Jesse Richards, author of Unknown New York: An Artist Uncovers the City’s Hidden Treasures, for an engaging stroll through one of Manhattan’s most historic neighborhoods.

Along the way, participants will uncover hidden stories, learn about the remarkable people who shaped the neighborhood, and explore the architectural and cultural history woven throughout the streets surrounding the park.

Whether you are a longtime resident, history enthusiast, or simply curious about the neighborhood around you, this tour offers a fascinating look at the layers of history beneath our feet.
