Learn how to save a life when New York’s Bravest brings the FDNY Mobile CPR Training Unit back to Stuyvesant Park.
FDNY firefighters and certified American Heart Association instructors will teach participants how to perform compression-only CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in an emergency situation.
This free, hands-on community class is designed for everyday New Yorkers — no prior experience necessary. The training is family-friendly, interactive, and open to teens and adults who want to feel more prepared to help in a medical emergency.
The American Heart Association estimates that early CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival after cardiac arrest. Learning these simple skills could help you save the life of a neighbor, friend, family member, or stranger.
Space is limited. RSVP recommended.
